Job summary

DEFTEC Corporation seeks a Senior Contractor Support to Analyze Technology Advantage who will identify emerging and disruptive technologies and produce deliverables to advance the Technology Advantage program.

The role requires navigating defense-related information sources, updating TA Vision docs, and drafting an initial Action Plan for TA development. Collaboration with NATO stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 4 years post-related experience (or 6+ years in lieu of degree).
• Active NATO Secret Security Clearance is required.
• 2 years' experience in acquisition, assembly and interpretation of research & technology information.
• Knowledge of S&T sources in defense and research domains.
• Ability to interpret future S&T/EDT info for military applications.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to identification and cataloguing of EDTs.
• Provide deliverables to support TA development and IOC/FOC.
• Analyze how TA supports WDI Lines of Development.
• Update TA Vision documents for shared understanding.
• Prepare initial Action Plan for TA development.
• Support IOC/FOC definitions.
• Create TA community of interest for internal NATO and external stakeholders.
• Provide information/reports to TA PM and Sponsor about TA actions.
• Interact with external stakeholders within contract scope.
