Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Sr. Technology Advantage Analyst to provide onsite support in Norfolk, VA.

You will identify and catalog Emerging and Disruptive Technologies (EDTs) and help shape the Technology Advantage program with NATO partners, supporting IOC/FOC planning and related activities. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS/ICT or related field with 4+ years of experience (or 6+ years without a degree), active NATO or National Secret clearance, and the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, ICT or related field with 4+ years post-degree experience; or 6+ years with no degree.
• Experience interpreting future S&T and EDT information for defense use cases.
• Active NATO or National Secret clearance is required.
• Proven ability to work onsite at client location.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and catalog Emerging and Disruptive Technologies (EDTs).
• Support Technology Advantage (TA) actions and IOC/FOC planning.
• Develop TA Vision updates and communicate with NATO stakeholders.
• Provide timely reports and integrate TA with related projects and experiments.
