Job summary

McBride is seeking a qualified professional to support the Technology Advantage program. Responsibilities include identifying EDTs, cataloging existing ones, and delivering supporting artifacts for TA development and IOC/FOC planning.

The role requires a STEM degree, 4 years of relevant experience, knowledge of defense S&T information sources, and English proficiency per STANAG 6001. A NATO clearance or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a nationally recognized university and 4 years post-related experience.
• Two years' experience in the acquisition, assembly, and interpretation of research & technology information.
• Knowledge of S&T information sources in nations (e.g., defense laboratories, universities, ministries).
• Experience interpreting future S&T and EDT information for military adoption and operational challenges.
• Proficiency in English as defined in STANAG 6001 or equivalent.
• NATO Secret Security Clearance or national equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to identification of new EDTs and catalog existing ones.
• Support development and production of the Technology Advantage enabler.
• Prepare an initial Action Plan for TA development and IOC/FOC definitions.
• Create a TA community of interest and engage with NATO and external stakeholders.
• Provide reports and alignment of TA with related projects and experimentation activities.
• Interact with external stakeholders within contract scope.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information and communication technology (ICT) or closely related engineering discipline
