Eaton Corporation in Greenwood, SC, is seeking an Assembly Technician III for the 2nd shift. You will assemble, wire, fit, and modify complex assemblies for medium/high voltage products and sub-assemblies, following engineering drawings and MI instructions.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of assembly experience; knowledge of MI and hand tools is preferred. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and flexibility to work overtime.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 1 year of assembly experience.
• No immigration sponsorship for this position; within 50-mile radius of work location.
• SC Manufacturing Certification (SCMC) or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble, wire, fit, and modify complex assemblies.
• Fill out ISO, quality, customer, and production checklists as required.
• Mount and install electrical equipment and perform wire operations.
• Regularly lift and assemble with heavy copper parts.
• Maintain Kanban inventory and report shortages.
• Inspect assemblies for loose hardware and cleanliness.
• Respond to change notices and development needs.
• Follow engineering drawings and established procedures.
