Eaton Corporation in Greenwood, SC is hiring a Medium-Voltage Wireboard Assembly Technician to assemble and wire medium/high-voltage switchgear subassemblies. You’ll read drawings, mount devices, route conductors and conduct precise wiring on indoor/outdoor assemblies, using hand/air tools and cranes.

ISO and customer checklists will document quality and you’ll coach teammates as needed. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year in industrial manufacturing, and readiness for

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
1+ year in industrial manufacturing.
Proficient with hand and air tools.
Strong written and verbal communication and analytical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Assemble, wire, and modify medium/high-voltage assemblies and related subassemblies.
Interpret manufacturing information, drawings, and sketches; follow procedures.
Complete ISO, quality, and customer checklists and production lists.
Mount/install electrical equipment; perform complex wire operations.
Report Kanban shortages and support engineering on changes.
