DuraServ is seeking a Technician Apprentice in the United States, offering hands-on learning on mechanical and electrical dock and door systems under experienced technicians. The ADVANCE program provides a structured path to grow while you earn.

Qualifications

• Valid, current state-issued driver’s license
• Ability to meet physical demands: frequent standing, bending, ladder use, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly
• Willingness to participate in DuraServ’s ADVANCE training program

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, service, and maintenance of commercial dock and door equipment under the direct guidance of experienced technicians
• Participate in basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting tasks — rolling doors, sectional doors, levelers, and dock equipment
• Learn to safely use hand tools, power tools, and basic fabrication equipment to support installation and repair tasks
• Study and apply technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and documentation alongside experienced teammates
