Job summary

CultureFit is seeking a Technical Writer responsible for creating and managing documentation for Kensium products. You will work onsite a few days each week in downtown Chicago and provide support during US hours for product inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have a degree related to writing or computer science and at least 2 years of technical writing experience in the IT or software industry. Proficiency in MS Office 365 and Jira is essential.

This role offers a hybrid work environment with opportunities to engage with both internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years working as a Technical Writer in the IT/Software industry.
• 1-3+ years of experience providing technical support.
• Experience with eCommerce Platforms like Magento or Shopify is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and update technical documentation for products.
• Maintain a documentation repository on SharePoint.
• Support clients with product configuration questions.
