Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking a Technical Writer III to join our team in a hybrid role. You’ll work with a senior writer and stakeholders to develop technical manuals, specifications, and operating instructions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires at least 6 years of technical writing experience (engineering/manufacturing preferred) and CCMS/authoring tool proficiency, plus MS Office and Smartsheet skills. Occasional onsite collaboration in Menasha, WI is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in technical writing or technical communication preferred.
Minimum of 6 years technical writing experience, engineering/manufacturing experience preferred.
CCMS or authoring tools experience, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

Writes technical materials such as specifications and software documentation.
Independently makes decisions affecting internal or external customers and documents projects.
Becomes point of contact for internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Defines scope, layout, and document design.
Assembles and organizes material, ensuring clarity and terminology standards.
Maintains records and files of work and revisions.
Edits, standardizes, or updates materials reviewed by others.
Selects drawings, diagrams, or sketches to illustrate materials.
Participates in continuing education opportunities.
Performs other related duties as required.
