The role requires deep expertise in technical communication, familiarity with Ethernet, TCP/IP, VLANs, and modern authoring tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience creating security documentation for networking products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in editing technical content.
• Strong understanding of Ethernet, TCP/IP, VLANs and related protocols.
• Proficiency with authoring tools such as Oxygen XML and Markdown; Jira experience.
• Experience with content management systems like Adobe Experience Manager or similar.

Publishing Pay Range: $41.00 – $46.00 Hourly

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
