The role requires a solid background in technical writing, strong networking knowledge (Ethernet, TCP/IP, VLANs), and experience with tools like Oxygen XML, Markdown, Jira, and Adobe Experience Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 4+ years of independently writing security documentation for networking products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Ethernet, TCP/IP, VLANs and related technologies.
• Experience with content management systems and authoring tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant education, training, certifications, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience (minimum 4 years preferred) in independently writing and owning security documentation for networking products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts such as Ethernet, TCP/IP, VLANs, and related technologies.
• Proficiency with authoring tools such as Oxygen XML, Markdown, or similar.
• Experience using project management and issue-tracking platforms like Atlassian Jira.
• Experience working within cross-functional technical teams.
• Familiarity with content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Publishing Pay Range: $26.00 – $28.00 Hourly

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
