Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Technical Writer, Information Security for a 3-month assignment in a hybrid Newark, NJ setting. You will develop and maintain security documentation across standards, engineering, and operations teams.

Work with subject matter experts to translate complex technical requirements into clear, structured documentation, organize repositories, and improve onboarding and knowledge transfer across a distributed team.

Qualifications

Summary

We are seeking a Technical Writer, Information Security to support the development and maintenance of security documentation across standards, engineering, and operational teams. This role will work with subject matter experts to document procedures, update technical and engineering specifications, and improve the quality and usability of existing documentation. The position will also help organize and enhance documentation repositories to support onboarding, knowledge transfer, and more efficient execution across a distributed team.

The person will partner with standards owners, engineers, and process leads to translating technical requirements and informal knowledge into clear, structured, and maintainable documentation.

Responsibilities
