Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an early-career technical writer as part of Futureforce University Recruiting. You will help create user help, guides, and in‑app assistance for the Salesforce application, primarily Agentforce Sales, while collaborating with product managers and engineers.

You will learn the current style guides, contribute to online help, tutorials, and videos, and work in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality, reader-friendly documentation.

Qualifications

• You must have up to 2 years of experience as a writer, editor, or developer and be within 12 months of graduation.
• Ability to adhere to existing styles and processes.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and meet tight deadlines; focus on quality and details.
• Knowledge of XML or HTML and strong teamwork and customer advocacy.
