Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Senior Writer & Editor within the Creative team of User Experience & Creative Design (UXCD) to shape how customers experience Agentforce and Salesforce products through copy, video scripts, emails, and UX text. This hybrid editorial role collaborates with product managers, designers, and strategists to ensure tone, clarity, and accessibility across a global audience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in editorial roles, tech or marketing preferred.
• Experience applying Microsoft Style/AP Style rules and defending edits.
• Ability to research, navigate ambiguity and decide editorial direction.
• Experience giving feedback to non-editors in a constructive way.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams (CS, eng, design, PM, marketing).
• Excellent project management, communication, storytelling and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex tech into plain language for customers.
• Ability to adapt content to audiences and Salesforce voice.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit video scripts for product how-to and campaigns.
• Incorporate edits during video production to align with brief.
• Conduct pre-production video reviews for clarity and on-screen copy.
• Edit Knowledge Articles for structure and customer flow.
• Review email strategy briefs and align on copy direction.
• Write all email copy components using templates and standards.
• Manage the full email copy review cycle with stakeholder feedback.
• Write and edit executive-facing slides and event content.
• Write and edit UX copy across in-product experiences.
• Maintain shared editorial resources and ensure accessibility standards.
