Job summary

Vestmark is seeking an Associate Technical Writer to produce client-facing documentation for software products, including Online Help, Release Overviews, and Bug Fix Notes, while also supporting internal documentation and newsletters. The role collaborates with Product, Engineering, QA, and Client Delivery teams to ensure accurate, clear, and timely information across client environments.

The candidate will have 1–3 years in technical writing for software, experience with MadCap Flare, strong

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience writing technical documentation for software.
Experience with single-source documentation authoring tools such as MadCap Flare.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and research skills.
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with fintech and using AI tools for research is a plus.

Responsibilities

Document system features for all products in Online Help and monthly release overviews, coordinating reviews with Product and Engineering teams.
Write client-facing external bug fix (release) notes for monthly releases, coordinating reviews with Engineering and QA teams.
Produce and maintain client upgrade documentation packages for individual client environments, coordinating with Client Delivery.
Write and produce the company’s internal monthly newsletter.
Provide internal writing support for special projects across the company.
