Job summary

SOFTSWISS is seeking a Technical Writer to join our team to create user and technical content for internal and external audiences. You will help deliver clear, well-structured documentation across products.

You’ll collaborate with product, development, and QA teams to produce user guides, API docs, and release notes that clarify complex topics for diverse audiences. We offer private health insurance, paid time off, maternity leave support, and opportunities for upskilling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical documentation for software products
• Experience writing user guides and API documentation for multiple audiences
• Proficient with Microsoft or Google style guides
• Experience with Confluence content management and documentation tools

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain procedural documentation including user guides, how-tos, and tutorials
• Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including API documentation
• Create release notes
• Collaborate with writers, developers, product owners, QA and other teams
