Job summary

Pacific Office Automation seeks a Technical VP Service to oversee our Washington market service department. You will lead a large, distributed team of technicians and supervisors, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with sales on accounts and growth opportunities.

The role requires deep leadership, strategic planning, and a focus on customer-centric service delivery to sustain profitability and market leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience in copier/printer repair industry.
• Experience managing 25+ service employees.
• Min. 5 years in management or supervisor role.
• Demonstrative ability to recruit, motivate and train our technical force
• Evaluate cost of operation and establish work assignment benchmarks
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to set compensation structure standard with the industry
• Ability to set processes & procedures that improve efficiency and bottom line results, while consistently improving our high level of customer service

We are seeking a Technical VP Service to oversee our WA market service department.

Minimum Requirements

• 5-10 years’ experience in copier/printer repair industry
• Prior experience managing 25+ service employees
