Job summary

Rise Up Kings is seeking an experienced Technical Virtual Assistant to manage CRM, web optimizations, and funnel building. You will ensure seamless integration across Ontraport, ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Zapier, WordPress, and Google Sheets, supporting product launches and campaigns.

The role is full-time with 40–50 hours weekly, 8 AM–5 PM CDT, including team video calls. You will own CRM workflows, data integrity, reporting, and automation setup, contributing to growth and exceptional client

ROLE OVERVIEW

This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional with a strong background in CRM management, web optimization, and funnel building. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless integration across CRM platforms, websites, automations, and in-person event technology. From managing CRM workflows to setting up product launches and automations, your work will directly support our mission and help deliver a flawless experience for our clients.

This is a full-time role requiring 40-50 hours per week, availability from 8 AM to 5 PM CDT Monday-Friday, including participation in video calls for team collaboration.
