Job summary

Rise Up Kings is seeking an experienced Technical Virtual Assistant to manage CRM, web optimizations, and funnel building. You will ensure seamless integration across Ontraport, ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Zapier, WordPress, and Google Sheets, supporting product launches and campaigns.

The role is full-time with 40–50 hours weekly, 8 AM–5 PM CDT, including team video calls. You will own CRM workflows, data integrity, reporting, and automation setup, contributing to growth and exceptional client

Qualifications

Proven experience with CRM systems, funnel building, and website management.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve CRM, website, and hosting challenges quickly and effectively.
Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and organization of CRM data.
Streamline, optimize, and maintain CRM workflows, funnels, and web pages.
Create custom reports and extract data across software platforms.
Support, analyze, and QA email marketing campaigns—ensuring flawless delivery.
Build and test opt-in pages, email sequences, tagging, backend CRM tasks, and pixel placements.
Set up and manage email automations across multiple platforms.
Provide additional tech support as needed.
Manage tasks and communication clearly through project management and team collaboration tools.
