Job summary

Nazdar is seeking an Inkjet Field Specialist to join our Technical Services department in Greensboro, North Carolina. The role involves installing, training, and repairing graphic and textile inkjet equipment, as well as providing technical support remotely.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in Inkjet printing and hands-on experience with equipment like Roland and Mimaki. This position requires up to 75% travel to various facilities across the continental USA.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in all aspects of Inkjet printing.
• Hands-on experience with wide format Inkjet printers.
• Ability to solve complex problems in limited time frames.
• Operational knowledge of networking and electronic file transferring.

Responsibilities

• Install, train, and repair Inkjet equipment.
• Provide technical support remotely via phone and computer.
• Travel to printing facilities for installations and support.
