Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in technical training or workforce development.
• Experience supporting customer-facing technology deployments is preferred.
• Experience managing technical trainers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable onboarding frameworks and certification standards.
• Establish KPIs for technician performance and training effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design and refine technical training curricula.

• Standardize training procedures across the organization.
