Job summary

Autocar Truck LLC is seeking a Manager of Training & Publications to lead the development of technical training programs and oversee service documentation across our product portfolio.

The role combines training development, instructional design, and publication management to ensure accurate materials for technicians, operators, dealers, and customers. Travel up to 20% is required; up-to-date documentation and regulatory compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in technical training, instructional design, or related field.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training for adult learners.
• Experience managing technical publications and documentation.
• Experience with LMS, e-learning platforms, and webinars.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage digital training programs, webinars, and e-learning content.
• Create and maintain driver and operator training materials for vehicle operation and safety.
• Develop training for new vehicle platforms and product features.
• Deliver live virtual training sessions to technicians, operators, dealers, and customers.
• Travel up to 20% for in-person training and events.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via feedback and metrics.
• Develop testing and certification programs to validate learning outcomes.
• Maintain training schedules, records, and attendance.
• Oversee publications lifecycle and manage documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams for accurate content.
