Job summary

International Motors, LLC is seeking a Technical Course Developer to design and deliver comprehensive training for our vehicle lineup, including medium/heavy duty trucks and EVs. You will create self-paced, modular, ILT, and VILT content, collaborating with engineers and instructional designers to translate complex product knowledge into effective learning experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of technical training curriculum development and/or automotive industry experience.
Master's degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience or
At least 5 years of technical training curriculum development and/or automotive or Heavy Duty industry experience.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer needs and feedback to identify training requirements.
Design comprehensive course road maps and develop modules, workbooks, and materials.
Integrate multimedia elements such as videos, animations, and simulations.
Ensure content accuracy and alignment with product specifications.
Collaborate with engineers, subject matter experts, and graphic designers.
Translate technical language into clear learning materials and stay updated on trends.
Apply adult learning principles and assess learner progress.
