Job summary

PACCAR Inc invites an experienced Dealer Training Instructional Designer to develop and manage technical training for Peterbilt and PACCAR dealer personnel. You will craft classroom, online, and published materials to enhance performance across dealer networks.

Collaborating with dealers, field service, and engineering, you will lead content creation, curriculum updates, and LMS administration, while traveling about 25% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Business, Marketing/Communications, or Education required.
• 7 years of experience in developing, designing, and delivering technical training content.
• Experience in computer-based training development using Articulate Storyline, Photoshop, InDesign, and others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentations and training programs.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Training Content Development: Identify and develop training for dealership personnel in managing Peterbilt dealerships and servicing PACCAR engines.
• Training Content Management: Manage curriculum development, update content, and organize training materials.
