Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience leading technical publications teams.
Familiarity with CCMS, DITA, and publication workflows.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop technical publications staff through regular 1:1s and development planning.
Develop publication plans supporting new product development initiatives.
Coordinate documentation lifecycle from planning to delivery.
Review manuals and service documents for accuracy and publication readiness.
Partner with engineering, product development, and service teams to deliver clear content.
