The role requires 5+ years of progressive management in professional services/training within the automotive sector, with hands-on leadership and strong communication

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 6 years of relevant work experience or MS + 4 years, or no degree + 10 years.
• 5+ years of progressive management experience in professional services, training, in automotive workplace.
• Hands-on leadership skills in a fast-paced organization.
• Self-directed, energetic, focused on quality.
• Excellent time management, organizational, problem-solving skills.
• Terrific communication, interpersonal, team-building skills.
• Demonstrated experience in leading large, complex enterprise programs and projects to successful execution.

Responsibilities

• Performs full range of Vehicle Operations Training duties for an assigned region, group, and/or designated product areas.
• Partners with Curriculum Development team to prepare online and written training materials.
• Works with subject matter experts to design effective training materials and experiences.
• Executes and shares best practices for instructor training and performance.
• Directs implementation of training curriculum standards and guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Translates organizational culture into training mechanisms.
• Communicates training department performance against goals and objectives.
