Job summary

Multivac is seeking a Technical Training Supervisor to lead a team of technical trainers and deliver hands-on training for associates and customers. The role involves certifying trainers, developing programs across in-house, in-plant, and virtual formats, and aligning with Training Manager on goals and revenue.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to develop instructional media.

Responsibilities

• Supervise training team members, set goals, coach, review performance.
• Certify trainers for course delivery.
• Develop and conduct internal and external technical training sessions.
• Schedule and deliver trainings for new technicians and provide feedback to Service Management.
• Develop tests to measure learning progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Draft course schedules and manage registrations for Kansas City classes.
• Upgrade courses and develop new training programs to meet industry standards.
• Collaborate with Training Manager to meet objectives (seat fill, course availability, revenue).
• Ensure proper use of LMS and other programs.
