The role emphasizes mentoring staff, maintaining training records, and collaborating with Operations and Maintenance to resolve learning gaps. Strong English and LMS experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of training or team leadership with HS diploma or 3 years with a Bachelor's.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years related work experience or tech equivalence.
• MS Office proficiency and strong analytical/communication skills.
• Experience in mining or industrial environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop learners' skills in safety, compliance and ops tasks using predeveloped materials.
• Conduct hands‑on and classroom training; assess on‑the‑job skills.
• Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance to align training with needs.
• Mentor instructional staff and maintain LMS training records.
• Participate in train‑the‑trainer programs and uphold standards.
