Job summary

You will work with Operations and Maintenance to align training with workforce needs, mentor instructional staff, and maintain training records in the LMS. Strong communication, English proficiency, and background in mining or industrial settings are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 7 years in training or leading teams in a relevant field.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of directly related work experience or technical competence equivalent to a tradesperson/journeyman.
• MSHA/OSHA familiarity and LMS experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Windows is required.
• English language instructions and safety procedures must be understood and applied.

Responsibilities

• Develop learners' skills in safety, compliance and operations through hands-on and classroom training.
• Assess employees’ on-the-job skills to ensure safe and effective application.
• Create competency-based training materials and mentor staff.
• Maintain accurate training records in the LMS and participate in train-the-trainer programs.
