Qualificações

• 3+ years applying adult learning principles in technical environments.
• Experience presenting to adult learners in technical/operational contexts.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and deliver technical training programs for dealers, customers, and company personnel.
• Collaborate with Instructional Design for Analysis and Design activities.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify and prioritize training opportunities.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gain insights for effective training content.
• Evaluate and continually improve training programs and curricula.
• Manage tools and equipment used in training; assist with procurement.
• Pursue professional development to grow instructional and technical capabilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
