Doosan Bobcat is seeking a Service Training Specialist to develop, deliver, and enhance technical training for its dealer network. The role leverages a modern training center with classrooms, labs, and simulators to support learning across service procedures, diagnostics, and product support.

The position involves content development, collaboration with engineers and managers, and will travel to dealerships and field locations to identify learning gaps and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 0–7 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or technical training.
• Education or equivalent experience required.
• Must travel 30–60% based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led training in-person and virtual for dealer service technicians.
• Represent training needs of dealer service technicians in all activities.
• Lead and support hands-on lab workshops and capability assessments.
• Train dealership technicians in diagnosis and repair of equipment components.
• Organize and manage logistics for training events and materials.
• Provide follow-up support and escalate complex issues to senior trainers.
• Collect and report training metrics to evaluate effectiveness and improvements.
