Doosan Bobcat NA US is seeking a Service Training Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve dealer service technician training at the Aurora training center. You will develop content, lead hands-on labs, and collaborate with engineering, product management, and service teams to ensure accurate, practical training.

The role involves facilitating in-person and online sessions, organizing events, and traveling 30–60% to dealer locations to gather learning gaps and drive improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• 0–7 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or technical training.
• Strong facilitation and instructional delivery skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Travel: 30–60% based on business needs and location.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person and virtual instructor-led training for dealer service technicians.
• Coordinate and organize logistics for training events and materials.
• Develop, administer, and deliver in-house training sessions.
• Collaborate with engineers, service teams, and product management on content accuracy.
• Provide follow-up support and escalate complex issues to senior trainers.
• Collect and report training metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive improvements.
