Job summary

KUBOTA Tractor Corporation seeks a Field Service Manager II to represent the Service Department at independently owned Kubota dealerships across an assigned US region. You will drive dealer aftersales development, training, warranty oversight and support profitability targets while maintaining strong dealer relationships.

This role requires extensive travel (up to 75%), deep knowledge of dealer operations, and the ability to lead service management initiatives and professional training programs

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of dealer or OEM operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; or 7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Kubota dealer operations management certification within 1 year of hire.
• Proficient understanding of profit and cash flow and ability to educate others on its principles.
• Extensive travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to present to large groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead aftersales business performance assurance workshops.
• Lead professional service management training.
• Coordinate dealer aftersales to maximize uptime and profitability.
• Support dealer sales and market share goals for aftersales.
• Provide dealer training and warranty oversight.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and processes.
