Job summary

Kubota Tractor Corporation (KTC) seeks a Service Training Instructor II to develop, maintain, and deliver technical training for dealers, customers, and employees. The role collaborates with service, engineering and product teams to build engaging ILT, vILT, WBT, and video content.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in adult learning and instructor-led training, with a preference for individuals with a Bachelor's degree and LMS experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with adult learning principles (ADDIE) and delivering instructor-led and virtual training.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Education, Communication, Engineering, or related field.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%.
• Experience with corporate university or LMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deliver technical training programs for dealers, customers, and employees.
• Collaborate with Instructional Design to perform analysis and design activities.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify and prioritize training opportunities.
• Work with subject matter experts to create effective training content.
• Participate in program evaluation and continuous improvement of training.
• Manage tools and equipment used in training programs.
