Job summary

Kubota Tractor Corporation is seeking a Telematics & Electrical System Specialist to analyze and improve machine connectivity and customer satisfaction. You will provide technical guidance to the Kubota MachineCare Center and work with CAN bus networks to support root-cause analysis and failure prediction.

You will also train dealers and staff on Kubota systems and participate in cross-functional projects. A Bachelor's degree in engineering and 3+ years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• At least 3 years providing technical support experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with machine CAN bus networks and protocols (J1939, KWP2000, UDS).
• Strong written communications skills to explain technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Kubota dealers and internal teams via phone, online systems, or on-site visits.
• Guide MCC members on technical and operational matters.
• Contribute to projects like Predictive Failure and Telemetics Interfaces.
• Work with CAN bus systems to aid root-cause analysis and failure prediction.
• Provide training to dealers and staff on Kubota systems and servicing methods.
