Job summary

CBX Solutions LLC is seeking a skilled Corporate Trainer/Facilitator to deliver technical and operational training across divisions, regions, and field locations. You will support new hire and ongoing development for sales, estimating, project management, operations, and related functions using CBX systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the commercial door, frame, hardware, construction, security integration, or related industry preferred.
• Strong experience delivering technical/training content in in-person and virtual formats.
• Experience presenting to small/medium groups and coaching employees.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and work across regions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training in‑person, virtual, webinar, and on‑location formats.
• Coordinate with Regional Directors and field leaders to align regional training.
• Develop facilitator guides, participant materials, and job aids; update resources.
• Maintain enterprise training standards and report on training effectiveness.
• Travel to company sites, regional sites, vendor locations, and other field locations.
