Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Technical Supervisor to oversee a team delivering administrative, process improvement and financial support for senior technical leaders. This role sits within Engineering and Technical Services, focusing on support, preventive maintenance, and repairs of equipment and systems.

You will coordinate workload, guide team members, and influence cross-functional stakeholders while upholding CBRE RISE values and delivering outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5-8 years of job-related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Prior shift leader or supervisory experience preferred.
• Meet physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs or more.
• Expert organizational skills and advanced problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Forecast workload demand and project deliverables with technical leaders.
• Manage and coordinate workload, deadlines, and day-to-day activities of the support team.
• Resolve conflicting priorities with business leaders.
• Coordinate and supervise the team's daily activities.
• Develop new methods for achieving objectives and mentor others.
• Lead by example and influence across multi-discipline teams.
• Communicate complex ideas effectively to stakeholders.
