Job summary

CoorsTek, Inc. seeks a Technical Trainer to grow and develop our operations team. The role partners with plant leadership and global learning to develop, conduct, and evaluate hands-on training for new hires and current staff on our advanced ceramics processes.

You will design curricula, manage progression training, schedule and record sessions, assess needs, coach employees, and help our academy deliver effective learning that supports safety, quality, and growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years related training or production experience.
• Proficient with CoorsTek processes, CORE, and standard Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, conduct, and evaluate training programs for operations staff.
• Deliver ILT, one-on-one, and structured on-the-job training.
• Coordinate administrative functions to document training and ensure compliance.
• Assess training needs and update materials as needed.
