CoorsTek, Inc. in Worcester, MA seeks a Plant Manager to lead all site manufacturing activities and ensure safe, cost-efficient production aligned with quality targets and global strategy.

You will oversee production, quality, safety, workforce planning, shipping, materials and maintenance, reporting to the Sr Director of Manufacturing. The role requires 5–10 years in leadership within manufacturing, strong Lean/Six Sigma experience, and a track record of driving productivity and profitability

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field with 5–10 years of leadership experience.
• 5–10 years of progressive manufacturing/leadership experience.
• Experience applying Lean, TOC, Six Sigma or other TQM methodologies in manufacturing.
• Understanding of ceramic manufacturing processes, including kiln operations.
• Semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
