Job summary

Nava is a consultancy that helps government agencies modernize through human-centered design. We seek an experienced training designer to prepare staff for major launch milestones of a benefits solution and to design train-the-trainer sessions in a remote-first environment.

You will run a training sandbox, report readiness to leadership, and ensure materials meet regulatory requirements while communicating clearly in plain language.
