Job summary

Clarke Power seeks a Technical Trainer to deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training across customers, service dealers, OEMs, and field technicians nationwide. The role also oversees developing and maintaining accurate technical documentation and coordinating with SMEs, Engineering, Production, and Customer Support to reflect current products and processes.

This position requires on-site work across manufacturing and field environments, frequent LMS usage, and collaboration with

Qualifications

• Explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and training technologies.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and project management skills.
• Experience in diesel engines, power generation, fire protection, or related equipment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-house factory training courses and fulfill training requests nationwide.
• Coordinate hospitality, facility readiness, participant communications, and materials for events.
• Develop training materials and assessments with SMEs.
• Manage and maintain operation manuals and service bulletins; ensure current, version-controlled documentation.
• Handle training inquiries, course registrations, and attendance records.
• Evaluate learner performance and drive continuous improvement in training delivery.
