Job summary

KLA is seeking a Technical Trainer to support training across EBEAM products, combining deep technical expertise with developing and delivering learning material for global field teams and customers.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and field partners to create engaging content, plan projects, and ensure training stays current with product changes; travel 20–30% is required.

Qualifications

Master's degree or Bachelor’s degree with related work experience.
Experience delivering training or mentoring engineers.
Experience with semiconductor equipment.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear training materials.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver technical training on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced tools.
Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and field teams to build deep product expertise.
Create and continuously improve training materials, including presentations, videos, and digital learning modules.
Lead training projects, planning, stakeholder alignment, and progress tracking.
Translate complex technical documentation into clear, structured training content.
