You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and field partners to create engaging content, plan projects, and ensure training stays current with product changes; travel 20–30% is required.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or Bachelor’s degree with related work experience.
- Experience delivering training or mentoring engineers.
- Experience with semiconductor equipment.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear training materials.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver technical training on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced tools.
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and field teams to build deep product expertise.
- Create and continuously improve training materials, including presentations, videos, and digital learning modules.
- Lead training projects, planning, stakeholder alignment, and progress tracking.
- Translate complex technical documentation into clear, structured training content.
