Job summary

You will create engaging content, lead training projects, translate complex documentation into clear materials, and collaborate with global engineering, manufacturing and support teams. Travel 20–30% is required; this role offers exposure to cutting‑edge technology and a chance to shape how knowledge is shared across KLA.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or higher preferred for training leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree with related work experience acceptable.
• Experience delivering technical training to engineers or customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced semiconductor tools.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and field teams to build product expertise.
• Create and continuously improve training materials, including presentations, videos, and digital learning modules.
• Lead training projects with planning, stakeholder alignment, and progress tracking.
• Translate complex technical documentation into clear, structured training content.
• Support hands-on activities such as tool builds, installs, upgrades, and field support.
• Review and validate service procedures and drive improvements to documentation.
• Leverage modern tools to enhance training delivery (virtual learning, AR, simulations).
• Travel 20-30% is required.
