Job summary

KLA is seeking a Technical Trainer to develop and deliver training on advanced semiconductor tools for field engineers worldwide. You will own the creation of engaging learning content and lead training projects across global teams.

You will translate complex technical concepts into clear materials, collaborate with engineering and manufacturing, and leverage virtual learning and AR to enhance delivery. 20–30% travel is required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree with related work experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years in a related field.
• Experience delivering technical training for semiconductor tools or complex equipment.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear training material.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced tools.
• Create engaging learning content including presentations, videos, and digital modules.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and field teams to build product expertise.
