KLA is seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to deliver training across EBEAM products. You will collaborate with senior instructors, engineers, and field support partners to build expertise and deliver high-quality programs worldwide.

Responsibilities include creating engaging content, leading projects, and translating complex technical material into structured training. Travel 20-30% is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with related work experience or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in a technical field.
• Experience with semiconductor equipment is preferred.
• Experience delivering training or mentoring engineers is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced tools.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and field teams to build product knowledge.
• Create training materials, presentations, videos, and digital modules.
• Lead training projects with planning, alignment, and progress tracking.
