Job summary

Atlas Search is seeking a Technical Trainer for a leading law firm to drive technology orientation and training across offices. The role involves building curricula and delivering training on core systems, from desktop apps to billing platforms and CRM, with a focus on practical, hands-on guidance.

You will design end-to-end programs, partner with leaders to tailor learning solutions, and work with IT to troubleshoot issues, in person or remotely as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a law firm setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to assess training needs and design effective, responsive solutions, with enthusiasm for driving change.
