Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to deliver engaging, practical technology training to professionals and support teams. This highly visible role combines training, instructional design, technical writing, and hands‑on application support.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who can translate complex technology into clear, approachable learning experiences for users with varying levels of technical proficiency. You will partner closely with IT leadership, training colleagues, and administrative teams to develop learning strategies, create training materials, support technology rollouts, and drive effective adoption of key business applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technology training through classroom sessions, one‑on‑one coaching, e‑learning, multimedia, floor support, and other formats tailored to the audience and subject matter.
• Develop engaging courseware and learning resources, including course outlines, exercises, user guides, quick‑reference materials, self‑guided tools, FAQs, and intranet content.
• Collaborate with IT leadership, technology teams, and business stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop training strategies that improve technology adoption and user effectiveness.
• Provide proactive end‑user support and advanced application troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, document management platforms, Adobe Acrobat, mobile applications, and other enterprise technologies.
• Evaluate and test new software and technology solutions, supporting implementations by developing documentation, training programs, and resources for end users and technical support teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5+ years of experience delivering technology training within a professional services or similarly demanding corporate environment; experience within the legal sector is highly desirable.
• Exceptional teaching, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage professionals at all organizational levels.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, document management systems, document comparison tools, templates/macros, and related enterprise applications; experience with iManage or comparable platforms is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of iOS/iPadOS, learning management systems, remote‑access technologies, and SharePoint, with the ability to train and support users in an enterprise setting.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and service‑focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment and provide occasional training or support outside standard business hours when required.
