LATICRETE International, a global leader in tile and stone installation systems, is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to educate and expand our customer base across distributors, contractors, and architects. This role drives territory plans, delivers product training, and provides hands-on technical support at job sites.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree with 3+ years in sales or construction, excels in communication, and can navigate Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience in Sales or Construction industry.
• Spanish language skills strongly desired.
• Knowledge of Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through distributors, contractors, architects and end users; establish lasting partnerships.
• Develop a thorough Territory Business Plan and update KPI tracking in Salesforce.
• Provide product training and technical support at job sites and resolve product-related questions.
• Represent LATICRETE at industry events and trainings, promoting product knowledge.
