Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Talent Sourcer to build pipelines for technically demanding roles across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations. You will be the first point of contact, representing the company with professionalism and enthusiasm, and work in a collaborative yet autonomous team environment.

You will actively source passive candidates, engage with hiring managers, and refine strategy while staying current on market trends and compensation benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years recruiting experience.
• Associate degree with 2+ years recruiting experience.
• 3+ years recruiting experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source passive candidates via X, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, niche technical forums, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering roles.
• Leverage AI-powered sourcing and research tools to increase pipeline speed and quality while maintaining a personal touch.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategy.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screens to assess interest and qualifications.
• Track sourcing metrics and pipeline health and share relevant data points with recruiters and hiring teams.
• Represent the company’s mission and culture compellingly to prospective candidates.
• Stay current on market trends, competitor talent pools, and compensation benchmarks.
