Job summary

H1 is hiring a Senior Technical Sourcer to build high-quality pipelines across Product Management, Product Design, Data and Product Engineering, and IT & Security functions so our recruiters can stay focused on moving exceptional talent through the interview process. You’ll begin as a dedicated sourcing specialist with a clear path to grow into full-cycle recruiting as our organization scales.

You will own top-of-funnel pipeline generation across multiple concurrent global searches in the US,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent sourcing, recruiting, or blended sourcing/recruiting.
• Proven success sourcing PMs, Product/UX Designers, and Engineers in complex B2B SaaS; health-tech or data-heavy domains preferred.
• Expertise across at least two function groups; ability to learn adjacent areas quickly.
• Expert sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, social platforms, and AI tools.
• ATS proficiency (Lever) including candidate pipeline management and documentation.
• Ability to evaluate engineering and IT profiles across cloud, data, DevOps environments.
• Experience tracking sourcing metrics including diversity outcomes.
• Structured recruiter phone screens to assess motivation and fit.
• Manage multiple concurrent searches across US, UK, Denmark, India.

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation across multiple global searches.
• Identify, engage, and assess passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, social platforms, and AI-assisted tools.
• Evaluate Product, Design, Engineering, and Infosec candidates with domain judgment beyond keywords.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine search strategies and target profiles.
• Build talent market intelligence on compensation trends and availability.
• Conduct recruiter phone screens for PM and Product Design candidates (Senior level and below).
• Write compelling job descriptions and maintain candidate records; track sourcing metrics.
• Champion diversity sourcing practices across every search.
