Job summary

Hermeus is seeking a Technical Sourcer to own the full sourcing lifecycle, from candidate outreach to interview-to-offer conversion. You’ll partner with recruiters and engineering leaders to meet hiring needs in a fast-growing environment, build talent maps, and engage passive candidates using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean strategies. Hardware engineering networks are a plus.

You’ll thrive in a hands-on, autonomous role and help shape Hermeus' talent strategy as we scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sourcing top-tier technical talent.
• 2+ years partnering with Hiring Managers and Directors.
• Strong network in hardware engineering talent communities.
• Consultative approach to improve hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire sourcing process from outreach to interview-to-offer.
• Engage passive candidates using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean strategies.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and engineering leaders to meet hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Build talent maps to generate market insights for engagement strategy.
• Represent the company's brand and recruiting team internally and externally.
